"I am saddened to learn of Alex's death. Too long we were strangers; finally we met only to take time for granted. We share so much from the mundane to the remarkable. I find few words to express my feelings. While I grieve his death I am rewarded to have had the opportunity to know this truly remarkable man. I am saddened that so many will never have the opportunity to share the warmth of his smile or hear the ring of his laughter."
"Alex, We miss you but know that you are at peace. We love you, always. God Bless. Love, Aunt Helene and Margo"
