"My thoughts and prayers to the family of Jesse. I had the great privilidge of working with him at Castle Hill in the late 70's. As a 16 year old, I sure had a lot to learn, and Jesse was always up to the task. Although he did teach me well in some aspects of cooking, he taught many of the "young bucks" life lessons that I still carry today. Respect, professionalism, honesty, organization, and a smart work ethic were qualities that he commanded and taught to others. His anecdotes and phrases such as "I'll clue ya" or " There will be blood on the moon!" will be forever remembered by the lucky ones that knew and worked with him. A great man that will be missed by many. . ."
