Middletown, RI - Carlo J. Michalski, 34, of 394 Third Beach Road, Middletown, RI, was born into eternal life on Sunday, February 4, 2007. Born in Newport, RI on July 20, 1972, he was the son of John and Joan Sherman Peabody, He was preceded in death by his father Carlo Michalski. CJ was a graduate of Middletown High School. He was a cook in various restaurants in the Newport Area and he also worked as an auto mechanic. Besides his parents, he is survived by his children, Mason Michalski of Middletown, RI, son of Lorna Thurman Cook and C.J. Michalski, son of Melissa Michalski of Newport, RI, his brothers Warren Michalski and his wife Nicky of Portsmouth, RI, John Forster Peabody and his wife Monique of Woodstock, CT, Jason Michalski of East Providence, RI and Joseph Michalski and his sister Carla Michalski both of Newport, RI, his grandmothers Ellen Sherman of Portsmouth, RI and Giovanna Michalski of Gales Ferry, CT. His funeral will be held on Thursday, February 8, 2007, at 11:00 am in Memorial Funeral Home, 375 Broadway, Newport. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, February 7, 2007 from 4-7pm in the Memorial Funeral Home. Burial will be private.
