"Jack, Though I left Newport shortly after graduation and have returned only on rare occasions, I recall with great fondness our times together at Rogers. I came to think of you and Marica as the guardians of those memories. So no matter how much Newport changed and we changed, it would always be 1956 every five years. I only wished I had expressed my appreciation to her and to you more profoundly during those visits. I mourn her passing and extend deepest condolences to you and your family. Don"
"Jack, My prayers go out to you, your 4 wonderful daughters, sons-in-law and your cherished grandchildren. I know how devoted Marcia was to her entire family particularly the grandchildren. Memories can never be destroyed so cherish each and everyone one of them. Love to all. Donna Rogers"
