Kelley A. Harrington Shearman Portsmouth, RI - Kelley A. Harrington Shearman, 43, of 177 Windward Drive, Portsmouth, RI, died Saturday, December 1, 2007, at home. She was the wife of Scott Shearman. Born in Fall River, MA, on February 9, 1964, she was the daughter of the late James and Vickie Vickery Harrington.Kelley had worked for the Barrington Early Learning Center for several years before leaving to raise her family. She was a Communicant of St. Barnabas Church. She was a Graduate of Portsmouth High School, Class of 1982, and had earned her associate degree from BCC. She had also attended RIC and SMU. Kelley enjoyed gardening and spending time with her friends and family. Besides her husband, she is survived by two daughters Laura Shearman and Kacey Shearman both of Portsmouth, RI, two brothers James Harrington of Fall River, MA, and David Harrington of Somerset, MA, two sisters Carol Rogers of Fall River, MA, and Karen Harrington-Mello of Middletown, RI, and several nieces and nephews.Her funeral will be held on Thursday, December 6, 2007, at 9:00 am from the Connors Funeral Home, 55 West Main Road, Portsmouth, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in St. Barnabas Church, 1697 East Main Road, Portsmouth.Burial will be in Trinity Cemetery in Portsmouth.Calling hours will be held Wednesday, December 5, 2007, from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm in the Connors Funeral Home. Memorial donations may be made to Home Hospice Care of RI, 169 George Street, Pawtucket, RI, 02860.

"Kelly and I were 1st cousins. Born on the same day and year and in the same hospital our moms didn't know it at the time I was only 1 hour older than her. We did spend some times together with family, we would see each other on Sundays at Chicken Nana's and Grampa's with the rest of our cousins. I stayed with her sometimes in the summer at Aunty Mabels. We would go down to the beach at nights and swim and quahog during the days. I will miss Kelly very much.
