October 10, 1938 - January 28, 2011

Portsmouth- Florence E. Flo Perry Kuttner, age 72 of Silva Avenue, Portsmouth, RI died January 28, 2011 at Charlton Memorial Hospital, Fall River, MA. She was the widow of the late Robert P. Kuttner.Born in Newport, RI on October 10, 1938 she was the daughter of the late Elsie I. Watson and the late Wallace S. Perry.Flo graduated from Rogers High School Class of 1956 where she was voted Most Bashful of her class. She worked many years as Office Manager for Eastern Publishing Co. and later worked for Aetna Insurance Company as a typist/proofreader. She was a member of the Newport Elks #104, Portsmouth Senior Center, and AARP.Flo was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who loved spending time with her family. She is survived by her daughter Lisa Moore and husband Norman of Portsmouth, RI; her son Stephen Kuttner and his wife Lisa of Portsmouth, RI; grandchildren Ryan Moore, Amanda Moore, and Alexus Kuttner; and leaves a brother Wallace Perry of Lincoln, RI; a sister Carolyn Frye of Middletown, RI; and several nephews.Donations may be made to the Potter League for Animals or the Portsmouth Volunteer Fire Department.A memorial service and internment will take place at St. Marys Episcopal Church, Portsmouth, RI on February 4, 2011 at 11:30 a.m.
