"Dear Colleen & Julie,I am very sorry for your loss. You may not remember me; I am Jen's aunt & Sha's sister. I had "babysat" the two of you two or three times. I remember your mom always had a smile on her face & a positive person, a great friend to Sha. Over the years we would sporadically keep in touch, she always managed to put a smile on my face. You now have a wonderful guardian angel. My prayers & thoughts are with you and your families."
