In loving memory of

Annmarie Sposato
May 25, 1970 - June 9, 2020

Annmarie Sposato (nee Price) entered eternal rest on June 9, 2020. Her husband, Joe Sposato, and sons, Andrew Sposato and Vincent Sposato, were by her side.

She had just celebrated her 50th birthday two weeks prior. She is survived by her mother, Catherine Price (nee Riccardi), her sister, Kathy Gerhard, and her brother, Tom Price, as well as nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father, Vincent Price.

Annmarie was born in 1970. A Roslyn native, she attended St. John of the Cross elementary school followed by Bishop McDevitt High School, graduating in 1988. Annmarie had a beautiful, God-given gift of song and she sang in high school musicals as well as in Saint John's Church for many years. Her angelic voice filled churches at weddings, funerals, graduations, and Sunday masses. Riding in the car with Annmarie was a special treat as she could travel up and down the radio, knowing the words to every song she heard. Music always filled the home.

Annmarie met Joe, the love of her life, in high school. Joe entered active duty service in the US Navy and they moved frequently, always starting new adventures. They were married for 26 years at the time of her passing, having raised two sons, Andy and Vincent. Her family was the center of her life and her greatest source of joy.

Always the life of the party, Annmarie loved to celebrate life. She made even small events special with her unique flare and brilliant smile. Laughter was her true passion as she would "find the funny" in anything she could. It was easy to be lifted by her infectious laughter and high energy. She was irreplaceable and will be deeply missed.

A visitation will be held at Saint Anthony of Padua Church in Ambler on August 3rd at 9:30 AM followed by Mass at 10:30 AM. She will be buried at Saint John Neumann Cemetery in Chalfont. The family requests that guests respect social distancing and wear face coverings throughout the Church ceremony and funeral. Guests are invited to attend an outdoor luncheon at the home of Michael and Lisann Castagno following the burial. Directions will be provided at church.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests any donations in Annmarie's honor be made to her two favorite charities, the American Heart Association www.heart.org and Autism Speaks www.autismspeaks.org

Craig Cerino wrote on Jul 29, 2020:

"I am so very sorry to hear about Annmarie's passing. She was a kind and caring soul from the day I met her 40+ years ago. I was fortunate enough to reconnect with her a few years ago and I was thrilled (for her and her family) that she had not changed one bit. Still as caring and kind as she always was. Truly the definition of salt of the Earth. May all that she touched find some sort of peace in sharing memories of Annmarie. "
