"My mother has no computer so I posted her tribute. I also have fond memories of Mrs. Lowrey, like making my angle costume. My thoughts are also with your family. Mom talked about her raspberry jam and many other memories."

"so sorry for the passing of betty when i visited scarlet in the nursing home every day betty would always be there too and I got to know her very well. she was a very kind and caring person who would do anything for her children. she was so proud of her garden which seemed to get even better every year. her turkey gravy at thanksgiving was always special with her hard boiled eggs and her secret ingredient (cigarette ash) added to give it its wonderful taste. I know her friends and family will miss her as will I . betty jo you were a very special lady, please say hello to scarlet for me and tell her I miss her"
