In loving memory of

Dakota Strong
June 7, 2011 - June 23, 2020

It is with great sadness that we had to say "See you later" to our gentle, loving Dakota-Benjamin-G-Button also known as "SON". With great sadness we said see you later on Tuesday June 23rd 2020.
Our son Dakota had such a gentle loving soul that shined brightly in his beautiful soulful eyes.
Dakota was born on Tuesday June 7th 2011 as soon as we met Dakota we fell in love. Dakota officially joined the family in his forever home on Saturday August 20th 2011.
Dakota will truly be missed especially when a green tennis ball appears because that was hands down his favorite toy. I for one am surely missing all the constant ball chasing and throwing both inside and outside our home. Dakota always wanted to be outside. Time didn't matter to him. Dakota made sure to wake us with a gentle and sometimes not so gentle nudge from a wet nose to the face.
If that didn't work then he gave the big barks that would surly wake us to let him out. He only wanted to check everything out with no intention of going potty.
Dakota we will forever remember you our sweet and gentle giant who everyone loved. I never met a veterinarian or anyone else for that matter that didn't fall in love with you. They always made a point to let us know just how sweet, loving and gentle you were.
We will remember you forever with love, fondness and gratitude for all the love you have given and for all you have taught us.
My dearest Dakota "SON" you may physically be gone but you will forever exist because you my SON will always be a part of my existence for our souls truly bonded in love & trust. From the time we brought you home we vowed to love, spoil and care for you but, all our love couldn't save you from the terrible and ugly disease that stole you away for if love alone could have saved you never would have crossed the rainbow bridge.
We all love & miss you BOTH the two legged & the four legged family members especially Karma & Joe.
We love you SON may creator keep you close until we are together again.
I love you always & forever mama xoxo.
