Tributes

Jim Scheffers wrote on Sep 3, 2020:

"The first time I met Ralph he got me a job working on the house next door to his. I met him there the next day. He showed me the repair to be done and then told me to have a seat. He said I want to get to know you before you start this work. He said I want to hear your testimony. I said, my what. He said I?ll start. He told me all about his life at that point. So I told him all about mine. We had allot of similarities in our lives. The next day while working on the house Ralph came over and told me He had a good feeling about me and I should buy that house. I did. It was the beginning of the best years of my life. Ralph was a good teacher, great man of God, and was the first father figure I had really had. We spent as much time together with he and Nelda as we could, and loved them both dearly. Ralph may never know the impact he had in my life then, and now, and always. I thank God for directing our paths to cross. I love you Ralph (Dad) you will always own a piece of my heart"
