MUSCATINE, Iowa - Ann Rogal, 72, of Muscatine, passed away on Sunday, September 6, 2020, at her home.

A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held from 2 until 5 p.m. on Saturday, September 19, 2020, at the Ralph J. Wittich-Riley-Freers Funeral Home. Ann was born on May 15, 1948, in West Union, the daughter of Arthur and Marian Davis Sensor. She married Eugene 'Gene' Rogal in 1973, in Oelwein. They later divorced.

She graduated from Oelwein High School and the Northeastern Illinois University. Ann was first a teacher and then worked for the Illinois Department of Human Services for over 30 years as a social worker.

Ann was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church. She enjoyed playing bridge and was in several bridge clubs. She also enjoyed backgammon.

Ann is survived by her children, Ian Rogal and wife Lana, of Grand Junction, Colorado, and Allison Rogal and significant other, Seth Douglas; four grandchildren, Austin and significant other, Jessika, Devin, Jaeda, and Liam; her first great grandchild, expected in December; her ex-husband, Gene Rogal and his wife, Diane; her daughter Allison's siblings, who she held dear, Ahshami 'Ahsh' Brandon and Tijuana 'T' Brandon; and three brothers, Donn Sensor, Paul Sensor and wife, Carol, and Wayne Sensor and wife, Cindy.

She is preceded in death by her parents; Allison's father, Richard Brandon; sister-in-law, Karen Sensor; her longtime companion, Dewayne McCleary; and her close friend, Alma Truss.
