Raymond Russell Mendenhall, age 63 of Colfax, died Sunday, September 6, 2020 at Mercy Hospital in Des Moines. Memorial services will be held on Friday, September 11, 2020 at 10:00 am at Coburn Funeral Home in Colfax. Burial will take place at Dunreath Cemetery, south of Monroe. Raymond was born on April 27, 1957, the son of Walter and Vivian Collins Phelps Mendenhall. He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter Mendenhall and Vivian Way and a nephew, George Getty Linton. Survivors include his significant other, Sandra Mendenhall; a sister, Ann Yates; four step daughters, and several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
