Arturo Chapa, Jr. also know as "Turin" born on February 9, 1944, went to be with the Lord on September 8, 2020 at the age of 76. He served in the United States Air Force. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Elizabeth Chapa; children: Richard Robles, Sandy McCloud (Jason), Anna Alvarez, Rose Cisnero and Arturo Chapa III (Jennifer); 12 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
