Beverly Macklin & Betty McKibban wrote on Dec 4, 2020:

"Dear Maureen and Family: I just want you to know how saddened I feel that we were never able to reconnect with you and Lee as planned. I am Lee's oldest cousin in the McKibban Family and his Mom's sister, Betty McKibban, is my Mother who lives with me. She is 91 now and on occasion when trying to find an opportunity, she wanted so much to see her Nephew again. We are all very sorry for your loss and want to let you know that you are in our prayers for comfort and peace from our Heavenly Father. If there is anything we could do to lighten your burdens, please let us know. You can call me at (812) 243-3548 anytime and we would welcome the chance to express our sympathies. Love - Cousin Beverly Macklin and Aunt Betty McKibban"

Vicki McKibban Fortune wrote on Dec 2, 2020:

"I have such sweet memories of my summer vacation visits. We jumped on our bicycles and peddle as we could to the Indianapolis Children?s Museum. We were just about maybe 10 yrs old. The museum was a place that held a feeling of excitement and magical exploration. Where freedom abounded, freedom to roam this big city all on our own with no adults telling us what to do in a place just for kids. We were the best buddies carefree and happy to be together. I will forever hold my memories of that time close to my heart ?? and many others of the kindest & loving friend and family. I know for a surety he is with our Father in heaven. Safe and sound no illnesses, completely healed. I can envision him bright shining as the sun eternally with God. I?ll see him there one day soon , it will be a grand reunion. Love ? you Lee, go rest high upon that mountain.?"
