"Grandma and I share a birthday and it is always so special ! I used to always look forward to our sleepovers with grandma and how she would braid my hair tight before bed so it would be curly and beautiful when I woke up. She was always so knowledgeable and supportive and always willing to help ! She liked to dance to the crazy pop music that we listened to . She taught me how to cook and make a Texas sheet cake which is still a family favorite , I often would call her up as an adult and ask for a reminder of how to make it! I love her and I?m glad I have special memories of her . "
