Mykesha Lavon Ellebb, daughter of Mickey Clark and Deborah Collier, was born on May 9, 1983 in Omaha, Nebraska. She entered into eternal rest on October 5, 2020 in Omaha.

Funeral service will be held at 9:30 A.M., Saturday, October 17, 2020 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Visitation will begin one hour prior to service at 8:30 A.M. Interment at Forest Lawn Cemetery.

Masks are required for all services.
