"Dear family of Marian, I am heartbroken to hear of Marian's passing. She was my dear friend from Rochester Covenant Church, and I never left the church without visiting with her. It is no wonder her grandchildren called her Grandma Sunshine, because she radiated love for all her children, grandkids and greatgrandkids. I am so sorry for your loss. It hit me really hard too. I loved her, and I know that she is with our Lord in Heaven. My deepest sympathies to her family. Hugs, Lori Crandall?"

"We were so saddened to hear of your mother's death. We knew her from Rochester Covenant Church. We so easily learned to love Marian. She was always so pleasant and friendly. I can't remember her ever complaining or talking negatively about people. I will remember her for her smile as she often greeted people at our church welcome desk. We are so glad with you to know her faith was so important to her and that she is now in heaven. May God comfort you all as you mourn and miss your mom. I'm sorry we didn't feel comfortable coming to the funeral because of the virus."

"Marian and I met at a Singles Group at Bethel Lutheran Church which we attended for a period of time. After a period of time, we realized that we had alot in common & continued our friendship. We traveled together, visited her family in Minneapolis, visited our surrounding towns enjoying the cultures of each one. We both worked at Mayo (different departments), but had this in common. We were always willing to help each other with whatever came up in our families. Marian was always upbeat, a happy person & fun loving. I will certainly miss her humor & love for her family and mine. Marian, I love you and always will remember you! My prayers to your family. You will certainly be missed!! Hugs!"

"I worked with your Mom when I was a dental aide on W4 during 2 summers home from college. She was BY FAR the most memorable and best part of those summers. She taught me how to arrange full mouth xrays and file like a champ. But the best part was always her smile and genuine interest in me. We would get to laughing and before you knew it the day turned into a good one. I am so sorry for your unexpected loss. She touched my life with love and joy. I hope you can feel her with you even in her passing. Love, Wendy Wallskog"
