With much sadness, the Thaisz family announces that Micah Thaisz, 34, of New Milford, CT, passed away on Monday, November 9, 2020, in Roxbury, CT.

He was born in New Milford, Connecticut to his parents, Ronald and Mona Sue, and joined his older siblings, Melissa, Joshua, and Mona L. in completing the family.

Micah enjoyed cracking jokes, telling stories, painting, sketching, juggling, card tricks, riding a unicycle, tinkering with anything mechanical, gathering with family and friends, and having good conversation. And he loved to make people smile and laugh out loud.

He is survived by his parents and siblings, niece, Vivian, aunt, Lynda, and cousins, Alexandra and Dillon, and grandfather, Kenneth, aunt, Kendra, uncles, Bruce and Michael, and numerous other cousins.

He is predeased by his grandparents, Fred A. and Eleanore, stepmother Judith, and grandmother Ramona and aunt Alane.

Micah will forever be remembered and loved by his family.

In light of the current pandemic, a memorial has been postponed until it is responsible and safe for family and friends to gather. He will be laid to rest at the Zena Cemetery near his beloved Oma & Opa in Zena, NY.
