MUSCATINE, Iowa -James Maas, 75, of Muscatine, passed away on Monday, November 16, 2020, at Genesis East Hospital.

James was born on December 6, 1944, in Waterloo, the son of James and Ruth Stout. He married Linda Giessregen on November 1, 2008, in Muscatine.
James was a graduate of Muscatine High School. He was a member of Zion Lutheran Church. James enjoyed camping, motorcycles, and NASCAR.
He is survived by his wife, Linda; two step-sons, Adam Bailey and Clifford Barnhart; one step-daughter, Lisa Truitt; and their beloved silky terrier, Sophie.
He is preceded by his parents.
