"Mr. Fitzthum was a very kind and generous man. He worked with my father at the bank, and I was fortunate enough to meet him a few times. He found out that at 9 or 10 years old I was starting to show an interest in coin collecting, and he was kind enough to spend some time teaching me about a hobby we shared. He even gave me a few coins to start my collection. He was a very nice man, and I was lucky to meet him. I hope you have many fond memories. God bless his soul. Scott LaPree"
