Sarah Johnson DAVENPORT #45;- Sarah Marie Johnson, 10, of Davenport, died on Sunday, Nov. 21, 1999, at Genesis Medical Center West Campus after an asthma attack. Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Halligan-McCabe-DeVries Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be at the Fairmount Cemetery, Davenport. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday at funeral home. Sarah was born Jan. 20, 1989 in Hutchinson, Minn., the daughter of Paul and Roberta R. Leary Johnson. She was a fifth grader at Jackson Elementary School in Davenport. She loved to spend time with her family, especially fishing with her Grandpa. She had a contagious smile, and always brightened the day with her big smile. She had tons of friends at school, and she had a remarkable way with young children. Survivors include her mother, Roberta R. Johnson; her father, Paul Johnson; brothers, Shane Leary, Timothy Brase, Jacob Johnson, and Isiah Johnson; her maternal grandparents, Marvin and Delores Johnson of Davenport; a great grandmother, Wanda Heim of Davenport; and paternal grandparents, Al and Roberta Johnson of South Dakota; and several loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
