Eldon Roger Finck
October 26, 1933 - December 29, 2020

Eldon (Al) R. Finck, 87, passed away on December 29th, 2020 at Seasons Hospice in Rochester, MN after a short battle with pancreatic cancer.

Al was born on October 26, 1933 to Theodore and Christina Finck. Al met and married Marlene in Rochester and had been happily married for over 60 years until her passing in April of 2020.

Al met Marlene at the Pla-Mor Ballroom in Rochester as they both enjoyed dancing. After Al and Marlene married, they settled into life raising two boys. Al owned and operated a Mobile gas station early in his marriage and after he sold it, he worked delivering auto-parts for various companies. He enjoyed being around his friends and family and thoroughly enjoyed his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Al and Marlene enjoyed socializing at the VFW or the American Legion dancing the night away.

Al is survived by his sons, Mark (Jodi) Finck of Rochester, MN and Kevin (Cindy) Finck of Rochester, MN; grandchildren, Nicole (Shannon) Danielson, Christina (Danny) Schultz, Adam (Amanda) Finck, Heather (Kyle) Simenson, Tiffany Bainter; great grandchildren (Olivia & Hannah Danielson), (Hunter Schultz), (Gracie, Kennedy, Reagan and Sammy Finck), (Emmie and Aria Simenson).

Al is preceded in death by his parents and his wife Marlene.

A special Thank You to the staff at Madonna Meadows and Seasons Hospice in Rochester, MN for their caring support.

A private ceremony will be held by the family at a later date. Memorials are preferred to Seasons Hospice.
