James Motzer MUSCATINE #45;- James F. Motzer, 78, of Muscatine, died Thursday, Dec. 16, 1999, at the Lutheran Homes in Muscatine. Graveside services, with military rites will be at 11 a.m. Monday, at Greenwood Cemetery. There will be no visitation. The Nichols Chapel Hill Funeal Home is in chare of the arrangements. Mr. Motzer ws born March 19, 1921, the son of Paul and Freda Huth Motzer. We was a World War II United States Army Veteran. Survivors include dear friends, Judy and Emmett Norwood and families. He was preceded in death by his parens, and a foster brother, Truman Rhodes, on Aug. 4, 1999. Memorials may be made to the Beacon of Hope Hospice Program in Davenport.
