Doris P. Cram
June 9, 1920 - January 5, 2000

Doris Cram WILTON - Doris P. Cram, 79, of Wilton, died Wednesday, Jan. 5, 2000, at the University of Iowa Hospitals in Iowa City. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Wilton. The Rev. Brian Shepley will officiate. The vocalist will be Henry Bentley. Pallbearers will be Eric Cram, Rusty Rahlf, David Helton, Mark McKillip, Jack Wilkening, and Jimmy Allgood. Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. today at the Bentley Funeral Homes in Wilton with a Christian wake service at 7 p.m., and one hour prior to services Saturday at the church. Mrs. Cram was born June 9, 1920, the daughter of John and Elsie Mayer Danner of What Cheer. She married Raymond E. Cram on Aug. 21, 1938, in Rapid River, Mich. He preceded her in death on Feb. 17, 1981. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Wilton. She enjoyed embroidery and cross-stitching. Survivors include two sons, Gene Cram and his wife, Toni and Richard Cram and his wife, Betty, all of Wilton; a brother, Harlan Danner of What Cheer; a sister, Helen Wilkening of What Cheer; five granddaughter, Tammy Saxon, Mary Ann Irwin, Christine Sell, Tracy Helton, Shelly Cram Rahlf; a grandson, Eric Cram; and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, and two sisters.
