Alice Kasper LONE TREE, Iowa - Alice Wiese Kasper, 86, of Lone Tree, died Monday, May 29, 2000, at the Lone Tree Health Care Center. Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Sorden Funeral Home in Lone Tree. The Rev. Ann Rouse will officiate. Grace Elliott will be the organist. Pallbearers will be Duane Brun, Keith Rayner, Jos Green, Bob Petsel, Clifford Smith and Tom Stonebarger. Burial will be at the Lone Tree Cemetery in Lone Tree. A luncheon will follow the services at the United Presbyterian Church. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at the Sorden Lewis Funeral Home in Lone Tree. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Association or the American Diabetes Association. Mrs. Kasper was born Nov. 22, 1913, in Iowa City, the daughter of Alfred and Mabel Thomas Wiese. She married Robert Reilly in 1940 and later married Paul A. Kasper. She was a member of the United Presbyterian Church in Lone Tree and a homemaker. Survivors include two sons, Arden Kasper and his wife, Becky and Bruce Reilly, all of Lone Tree; four grandchildren, Michael, Robert, Daniel, Anne; and two great-grandchildren, Tony and Lilly. She was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Eugene T. Wiese.
