Russell Schultz
May 30, 1944 - December 16, 2020

Russell H. Schultz, age 76, born May 31, 1944 in Garwood, New Jersey, Son of the late Henry and Helen Schultz and step-son of the late Ethel Schultz. Russell was a resident of Ortley Beach, NJ (and formerly of Roseland, NJ.) Russ passed away suddenly of diabetes complications on December 16, 2020 in Toms River, NJ.
Russ is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 53 years, Eleanor Robertson Schultz and his two adoring daughters, Beth Schultz Vorbeck and Heather Schultz Dragone and her husband, Craig. Russ was a proud and loving grandfather to Brandon, David, and Jenna Vorbeck; and to Alexis, Christopher, Andrew, Evan, and Peyton Dragone. His two loving sisters, Nancy Olivieri, and Judy Shields also mourn his loss; as well as his brother-in-law Billy Shields and sister-in-law Pat Cox. Russ is also survived by his cousins and their families who have always been there for him over the years.
Russ worked for 52 years at Wakefern Food Corporation as a Support Service Specialist. Russ was a member of the Knights of Columbus and was a faithful parishioner during his lifetime of Holy Trinity Church in Hackensack; Blessed Sacrament Church in Roseland; and St. Joseph's Church in Toms River.
There will be a 10 a,m. Mass on Monday, January 25, 2021 at St. Joseph's Church in Toms River. (685 Hooper Avenue)
