Paul Warnstaff MUSCATINE, Iowa #45;- Paul T. Warnstaff, 66, Muscatine, died Sunday, March 24, 2002, at Riverbend Nursing and Rehab Center. Services are 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Geo. M. Wittich-Lewis Funeral Home. The Rev. Bernie Weir will officiate. Burial will be at Cranston Cemetery. Visitation is 9 a.m. until service time Wednesday at the funeral home. A memorial has been established. Mr. Warnstaff was born on April 21, 1935, in Muscatine, the son of Carl and Sarah Hopke Warnstaff. He married June Kerschenske on March 17, 1978, in Muscatine. He served in the U.S. Army (1955-1964). He worked for the City of Muscatine for five years. He loved to fish and hunt and enjoyed his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Survivors include his wife; a son, Carl Warnstaff of Muscatine; a daughter, Paula Humphries of Ainsworth; two stepsons, Roger Chapman Jr. of Muscatine and Mike VanDolah of Wilton; 10 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; two step-great-grandchildren; a step-great-great-grandchild; and two brothers, Joe Warnstaff of Muscatine and Terry Warnstaff of Indiana. He was preceded in death by his parents, two great-grandchildren, two brothers and a sister.
