Jennifer Salemink AMES, Iowa #45;- Jennifer L. Salemink, 28, Ames, formerly of West Liberty, died Wednesday, Jan. 8, 2003, at the home of her parents in West Branch. Funeral mass is 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, West Liberty. The Revs. Ed O'Melia and Carol Kaalberg will officiate. Burial will be at St. Mary's Cemetery, Nichols. Visitation is 4-7 p.m. today, with a 7:30 p.m. Christian Wake service, at the Barker Funeral Home, West Liberty. Memorials may be made to Iowa City Hospice. Miss Salemink was born on March 14, 1974, in Iowa City, the daughter of Willard and Kathleen Hanft Salemink. She graduated from West Liberty High School in 1992, and later graduated from Iowa State University. She was employed with U.P.S. in St. Paul, Minn., prior to moving to Ames where she worked for ING in Des Moines. Survivors include her parents; sisters, Lisa Musgrave and her husband, John, of Waterloo and Lori Leggins of West Liberty; a brother, Scott Salemink and his wife, JoAnne, of West Branch; nieces and nephews, Joshua, Katie and Thomas Musgrave of Waterloo, Brock and Bryce Leggins of West Liberty and Gabby and Max Salemink of West Branch. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Lawrence and Geneva Salemink, Hale and Gertrude Hanft; and a brother-in-law, Tim Leggins.
