In loving memory of

Kittywhompus Holan

Sadly, on Monday, January 18, 2021 our 'little man' Kittywhompus passed away peacefully at home at the approximate age of 21 1/2 years old. He had become extremely ill the day before. So, we stayed up all day Sunday until Monday afternoon and gave him as much comfort and attention as we could.

This little monster came into our lives when we saw each other on 09/21/09 at the Animal Humane Society of Woodbury, MN. He put on quite the show by nudging his cage and put out his paw to catch my hand. Of course, it worked! He was already 10 years old, but we knew he had to be in our lives. We adopted him the very next day (09/22/09).

He was on his best behavior until 2 weeks later. Then his pesky, rambunctious personality came out! He loved people and stuck to us like glue. His favorite things were: fetching ball like a dog, chasing toy mice, etc., lying in our arms or lap, then play-biting and always begging us for cat and people-food. He was by far the funniest cat we had ever had. He was a pest and played like a kitten up until the day he got sick.

Kittywhompus, we only got to spend about 11 1/2 years together, but I hope you enjoyed your time with us like we enjoyed our time with you. We are going to miss you greeting us at the door, your peskiness, those beautiful eyes and polydactyl toes, etc. You were quite the character and we will miss you immensely!

In our lives 09/22/09-01/18/21

Love Troy, Janice and John Holan
