Craig Bremer, 80, of Hurley, NY, passed away on Wednesday, January 27, 2021 at his home in Hurley, NY.
He was born on February 3, 1940 in Albany, NY and was the son of the late Carl and Helen (Van Horn) Bremer.
He was married to the late Carol Ann Bremer who passed away in 2001.
He was a graduate of Onteora High School. After graduating, he served his country in the US Army from 1958 - 1962. He later become a NYS Trooper. For most of his career, he was a BCI Investigator for the NYS Police in Hurley, NY.
He was an avid NY Giants fan.
Craig is survived by his daughter, Dana Bremer of Kingston, his grandchildren, Christopher DeCicco and Andrea DeCicco, two great grandsons, Liam DeCicco and Kade DeCicco as well as several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his wife and parents, Craig is predeceased by his step son, David Bremer.

"Very sorry to hear of my Uncle Craigs passing. Unfortunatly I hadn't seen him I quite a while, Parkinson's had made him reluctant to have visitors in his later yrs. Uncle Craig was my father's younger brother and I enjoyed hearing stories about his work with the BCI any time we visited him. Thoughts and prayers to my cousin Dana and her children and grandchildrenl. Also to my Uncle Steve and the Laughlin family."
