Patricia Freyer CLINTON, Iowa #45;- Patricia A. Freyer, 73, Clinton, died Thursday, June 17, at Mercy North Hospital. Services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday, June 19, at The Lutheran Church of Atonement, Clinton. The Rev. Michael Brewer will officiate. Casket bearers are Matthew May, David May, Dustin Freyer, Brian Reed, Adam Reed and Joseph 'Joe' Cavanaugh. Honorary casket bearers are Stephanie Freyer and Brittny Freyer. Burial will be at Clinton Lawn Cemetery. Visitation is 5-8 p.m. today at Lemke Funeral Homes, North Chapel, 2304 N. Second St., Clinton. Memorials can be made to The Lutheran Church of Atonement. Mrs. Freyer was born July 21, 1930, in Clinton, the daughter of Charles L. and Cora B. Weir Reynolds. She married Herbert J. Freyer Sept. 27, 1948, in Morrison, Ill. She graduated from Clinton High School in 1948. She was the church secretary for many years and was also a homemaker. She was a member of The Lutheran Church of Atonement and Eastern Star. She loved spending time with her family, camping, water skiing and bird watching. Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Sandy May and husband Dave of Muscatine; two sons, Stephen Freyer and wife Helaine of Louisville, Ky., and Daniel Freyer and wife Mary of Princeton, Ind; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, a grandson, two sisters, and two brothers.
