WAPELLO, Iowa - Paul Littrel, 71, formerly of Muscatine, passed away on Monday, February 8, 2021, at Great River Medical Center.

Funeral Service will be at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 20, 2021, at the Ralph J. Wittich-Riley-Freers Funeral Home. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 20, 2021, at the Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the Nancy Kent Animal Shelter. Online Condolences: www.wittichfuneralhome.com.

Paul was born on September 2, 1949, in Muscatine, the son of Howard and Edna Pagel Littrel. He first married Linda Warren, Jane Sloan, and Pam Seiler Littrel.

Paul was a member of the Army National Guard for six years. He worked at Home Oil, GPC, and Cordova Nuclear Power Plant in Port Byron. He was a plumber, pipefitter in Rock Island, and a certified welder. Paul was a member of the Plumbers and Pipefitters Local Union 25.

Paul enjoyed spending time with his family. Paul loved to celebrate Halloween with "the monsters." He collected antique tractors and guns.

Paul is survived by his wife, Pam of Muscatine; one son, Dave Littrel of Muscatine; three step- sons, Joey Story, Justin Story of Davenport, and Brandon Story of Muscatine; one grandson, Caleb Littrel; one brother, John Littrel and his wife, Diane, of Muscatine; one niece, Trisha Littrel of Muscatine; one nephew, Doug Littrel and his wife, Barb, of Muscatine; his longtime friend and caregiver, Colina Haller and her husband, Jim, of Wapello; and their children and grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents; and his daughter, Heather, in 2002.
