Miriam Norton Services: 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 17, St. James the Apostle Church, Glen Ellyn, Ill. Visitation: 3-8 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 16, Williams-Kampp Funeral Home, Wheaton, Ill. Graveside services: 4 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 17, Melpine Cemetery, rural Muscatine County. GLEN ELLYN, Ill. #45;- Miriam S. Norton, 45, Glen Ellyn, died Saturday, Nov. 13, 2004, at her home. A reception will follow the services at the church in Glen Ellyn. After the graveside services, a second reception will be held at the United Methodist Church, Wilton. Local services are being conducted by the Bentley Funeral Home, Durant. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. James the Apostle Church. Mrs. Norton was born Sept. 12, 1959, in Dubuque, the daughter of Ray and Terese Reicher. She married Donald L. Norton Sept. 14, 1990. She was raised in Dyersville and graduated from Beckman High School. She later graduated from St. Ambrose University, Davenport. She was an active member of St. James the Apostle, Glen Ellyn, and was an avid golfer and snow skier. Survivors include her husband; her children, Jacob and Katherine, both at home; her parents, Ray and Therese Reicher of Dyersville; her siblings, Becky Willenborg and husband Ric of Dyersville, Marty Wydert and husband Jerry of Dubuque, Chris Reicher and wife Patti of St. Cloud, Minn., Sara Muntz and husband Tom of St. Croix Falls, Wis., Rachel Gooder and husband Mike of Cresco, Ted Reicher and wife Ann of Davenport and Zac Reicher and wife Kim of Lafayette, Ind.
