Linda Marie Jones
October 4, 1975 - February 26, 2021

Linda Jones, of Wausau, died as a result of cancer Friday, February 26, 2021, at Aspirus Wausau Hospital. She was 45 years old. She was born on October 4, 1975, in Antigo, a daughter of John and Virginia (Zdanovec) Domino.

She was a graduate of Antigo High School in 1994 and attended North Central Technical College where she received degrees in graphic design and early childhood education.

She was employed as a preschool teacher at Montessori School of Wausau.

Being a mother and caring for her son Travis was the highlight of her life.

She enjoyed cooking, nature, taking Travis hiking, camping, and following his sports of basketball, baseball and golf. She was a fan of the Green Bay Packers, Milwaukee Brewers and Wisconsin Badgers.

Survivors include her son, Travis Jones, at home; husband Jason, Wausau; her mother Virginia Domino, Antigo; father John Domino, Wausau; two sisters, Katherine (Daniel) Cherek, Wausau, Jennifer Domino and Kyle Weber, Manitowoc.

The funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, March 6, 2021, at 11 a.m. at SS Mary Hyacinth Catholic Church with Rev. Joel Sember, officiating. Burial will take place in Queen of Peace Cemetery.

Visitation will be Saturday from 9 to 10:30 a.m. at Bradley Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established for her son Travis. Memorials may be dropped at the funeral home.
