Clarence "Chuck" Pierce, Jr., on March 13, 2021, of Runnemede. Age 87.

Beloved husband of the late Theresa (nee Sacchetti). Devoted father of Wayne Pierce (Sherry), John Pierce (Ann Marie), Patricia Phillips (the late Steve), and Danny Pierce. Loving grandfather of Krista (Ricky), Gabrielle (Gary), Pierce, Derek, Matthew, Kaitlyn, and Kelly. Also survived by many nieces and nephews and his beloved daughter-in-law Daria.

Chuck was born in Camden. He proudly served with the US Marine Corps during the Korean War. He was a Runnemede Police Officer for many years and then worked for the Camden County Prosecutor's Office, retiring in 2005. Chuck was a member of PBA Local #30 and the Retired Police and Fire Association and a former football and baseball coach in Runnemede.

There will be a viewing from 12:30pm to 1:30pm Friday at GARDNER FUNERAL HOME, RUNNEMEDE.

Funeral service 1:30pm at the funeral home.

Entombment New St. Mary's Mausoleum, Bellmawr.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Chuck's memory to VITAS Hospice, 521 Fellowship Road, Suite 110, Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054.
