Sondra Kay Davison
January 8, 1949 - March 25, 2021

Sondra Kay (Sandy) Garver Davison age 72 was welcomed Home by her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on March 25, 2021. Sondra was born January 8, 1949 to Kelso Carl and Anastasia Garver in Detroit, MI. She moved to Arizona in her early twenties to raise her children. While living in Arizona, Sondra worked many jobs, including; cab driver, court reporter, election judge, process server, and court clerk for Maricopa County court system. She relocated to Minnesota in 2002 so that she could be close to her granddaughters and continued her career as a court clerk for Hennepin County court system, retiring in 2016. While living in Minnesota she also worked as a school bus driver, election judge and security at the Minnesota State Fair.
Sondra had a great love for God and the many wonderful things He has given us. She was very involved with Christian singles groups and ministries most of her life. She was passionate about plants and their natural medicinal and healing properties. She thoroughly enjoyed sharing her love of these things with everyone.
Sondra also loved gardening, cooking, playing games, dancing, traveling and spending time with her friends and family, especially her granddaughters. She loved a good party and will truly be missed at them. Her loss leaves an emptiness that will never be filled, but the memories will be in our hearts forever.
She is preceded in death by her husband, James Davison; her father, Kelso Carl; her mother, Anastasia; her sister, Gaylene Lysta; and her brother, Kelso Carl Jr.. She is survived by her son, Michael Leo McCarville her daughter, Erin Marie McCarville Witkin (Brad); her beloved granddaughters, Michelle Lee and Casey Marie Witkin; her sister, Judith Gallagher (John); nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, cousins and many loving friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, June 12, 2021 at 5:30 p.m. at King's Ranch 17151 Baugh Street NW Ramsey, MN 55304.

In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation in her memory to the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum or the Boyce Thompson Arboretum in Superior, AZ. These two places were very near and dear to her heart.
