"I will always remember the way he made music magical for my 4th grade class. Sean was very passionate about teaching the children new experiences. They loved the "Good bye Song" so sadly I will say, "Goodbye so long, Farwell My Friend" he will be greatly missed. We will continue to keep your family in our prayers."

Christine (Callahan) Baney wrote on Apr 12, 2021:

"So incredibly saddened by this news. I was a good friend of Sean's during our Ritz days when we were younger. "The Kid" as we all knew him, was such a friendly, loving, energetic, talented and passionate person who always saw the good in people. He was a kind soul who will be sorely missed. While we lost touch over the years I know how loved he was in his community and this is truly a tragic loss to the arts and theatre community. Sending love and prayers to his family in this most difficult time. "

Leigh Simpson wrote on Apr 7, 2021:

"Sean was a student eager to learn everything about music. He was unafraid to try new things, always ready with a new fresh look and gave some pretty great hugs. He came into my life as a student and left as a colleague. To see his growth was validation of my own career and inspired others in similar ways. He was truly a wonderful person who loved his family, his friends and his awesome cat. He will be missed, but may we who knew him on an artistic platform perform with beauty, with passion and with vivid life in his honor. Vita brevis, ars longa. Life is short, but art is long. "
