WEST LIBERTY, Iowa #45;- Erdine L. Kruse, 91, West Liberty, died Tuesday, Nov. 29, 2005, at the Lone Tree Care Center after a short illness The Rev. Al Zimmerman will officiate the services. Burial will be at Muscatine Memorial Park Cemetery. A memorial fund has been established. Mrs. Kruse was born July 4, 1914, near Tipton, the daughter of Everett and Nora Agatha Rehbehn Atkins. She married Clarence John Kruse on July 5, 1933, in Nashua. He preceded her in death in 1971. She graduated from Tipton High School in 1932. She was a member of First Church United, Rebekah Lodge, Iowa City Moose, Delta Sewing Circle and was a 4-H leader for many years. She sold Tri-Chem liquid embroidery products. Survivors include four sons, Kenneth Kruse of Washington, Russell Kruse of West Des Moines, Terry Kruse and wife Chris and Jerry Kruse, all of West Liberty; a daughter, Carol Rossman and husband Duane of Otho; a sister, Stella Gardner of Tipton; 19 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; one granddaughter; a brother, Darrell; and two sisters, Marcella and Mabel.
