Meghan E. Gough
June 10, 1990 - April 8, 2021

Meghan E. (McCarthy) Gough, 30, of Little Egg Harbor passed away suddenly of a pulmonary embolism on Thursday, April 8, 2021 at Southern Ocean Medical Center, Manahawkin. Born in Toms River, she lived in Forked River for most of her life and later lived in Hudson, NY before settling in Little Egg Harbor.
Meghan loved to crochet and cook, and was a member of VFW Post 9503 Auxiliary, Bayville. She had a great joy for helping others and took great pride as a PCA in the healthcare industry. She loved animals, especially her cats Jacko and Buddy, and her late dog Lucky.
Meghan was predeceased by her maternal grandparents, Timothy and Mary McCarthy; by her brother, Christopher Hamilton; and by her grandfather, Dominick Pisarro Sr. She is survived by her wife, Shannon Gough; her parents, Mary Ellen and Dominick Pisarro; her father, Timothy Hamilton; her children, Terrin and Cameron; her brothers, Timothy Pisarro and Hunter Hamilton; her sister, Morgan Hamilton; and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Cremation was private under the direction of Forked River Funeral and Cremation Service, 1022 Lacy Road, Forked River. A memorial gathering and service will be held on Saturday, April 17, 2021 at 11am at the Eagleswood Volunteer Fire Company, 219 Railroad Avenue, West Creek, NJ 08092. Contributions in Meghan's memory can be made to Popcorn Park Zoo or to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
