Penny A. Breese
Canton - Penny A. Breese, 62, of Canton, passed away at 2:10 pm, Monday, April 12, 2021 at the Loft Nursing Home in Canton. She was born on March 25, 1959 in Canton, to Ted and Mara Lee (Jarnigan) Breese.
She is survived by three sons, Sean (Jamie) Timmons, Jeremy (Michelle) Timmons and Eric Timmons all of Canton, seven grandchildren, Josh, Blake, Chase, Elyssa, Keigan, Kamdyn, and Keeleigh; one sister Dixie Davis of Canton as well as several nieces, nephews, and other extended family members along with her beloved dogs, Rico and Mia.
Preceding her in death are her parents, three brothers, Jack, David, and Kenny, one sister Carolyn Shepard and her beloved Quaker Parrot, Sarge.
Penny was a homemaker for most of her life. She previously worked at SC2. After her children were raised, she went back to school and obtained her CNA certificate. She then worked at Renaissance Care Center in Canton for many years until her health declined. After her mother's death, Penny was also the primary care giver of her special needs brother until his passing in 2016.
Per Penny's wishes there will be no services. There will be a celebration of life at a later date.
The family would like to thank OSF Hospice Care and the Loft in Canton for the compassionate care they provided Penny in her last days. Memorials may be made to OSF Hospice Care.
