"Dear Carolyn and family, As you all know, Ron was a faithful and dedicated employee of Industrial Millwrights and then Pioneer Maintenance from when my father, Domenic Bianco started the business in Palmyra in the 1970?s. He was his first employee and became a dear friend to Domenic and Lorraine and to all of us. He was an excellent machinist and always went above and beyond to complete a customer?s request or solve a problem . Whenever our paths crossed over the last few years it was so nice to talk with him. He was so proud of his sons. My prayers and thoughts are with all of you. If there is a machine shop in heaven Ron and my father are tinkering with some new invention. Sincerely, Carolyn Bianco Marley "
