Elsie Cardillo (nee Canuso), age 95 of Bellmawr, passed away peacefully on April 23, 2021 surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of the late Armand F. Cardillo. Devoted mother of Dr. Dennis Cardillo (Karen) and Dr. Brian Cardillo (Robin). Proud and loving Mom Mom of Dennis Jr. (Karen), Liesje (Thomas Jr), Karlee (Steven), Christopher (fiancé Jaime), Brianna (Jonathan), Kevin (fiancé Anne). Baby Mom Mom to her great grandchildren Rocco, Luciana, Isabella, Dante, Clare, Olivia, Cash, Presley, Frances, and Goldie. Dear sister of the late Angelo, Charles, Basil, Marie, Theresa, and Catherine. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Special thanks to her devoted caregiver Rose and Holy Redeemer Homecare & Hospice. Elsie dedicated her life to the unconditional love and devotion she gave to each and every one of her family members. If you knew Elsie, you knew of her 'famous' meatballs and her ability to warm your heart with her conversation. Elsie was a member of Sons of Italy, Bellmawr Seniors, and J & R Young at Heart. There will be a viewing Wednesday 8:45am to 10:45am at St. Joachim Parish, Mary, Mother of the Church, 20 Braisington Avenue, Bellmawr, NJ 08031. Funeral Mass 11am at the Church. Entombment New St. Mary's Mausoleum, Bellmawr. Donations may be made in Elsie's memory to the Daughters of Our Lady of the Sacred Heart, 424 E. Browning Road Bellmawr NJ 08031.
