Robert J. Mozdin

Age 73 of Minneapolis passed away Saturday April 24, 2021.
Bob was born June 23, 1947 in Minneapolis, MN. Bob served our country in the Army Infantry in the Vietnam War. He then married the late Patrice (Krystofiak) in November of 1975. He had a sincere love for his grandchildren and Chuck Norriss. He loved coupons, and feeding the racoons at Mt. Olivet Church where he worked for 21 years. He also loved going to the state fair and spending time with family. He was always a helpful hand and listening ear. Always an answer to everything and quite the story teller. He will truly be missed by many.

He is survived by his 3 children, Bobby (Melinda), Ryan (Rebecca) and Holly; 6 grandchildren, Lily, Grayson, Oliver, Henry, Charlie and Leo.; 2 sisters, Joyce (Jimmy) Frazier and Carolyn Mozdin; many other nieces, nephews, friends and family.

There will be a Private Service that will be live streamed if you'd like to join.

Tributes

Tamara Luckhardt wrote on May 14, 2021:

"Dear Mozdin Family, Bob was a valued employee of our Messiah Church staff for many years. He was a quiet guy but so reliable and thorough. We know how much he loved watching the children of Bloom come and go from our building each day so we are planting a tree near the entrance of the Bloom Early Learning and Childcare Center in memory and appreciation of Bob. Our prayers are with your family for God's comfort and love as you remember and celebrate Bob's life this weekend. Grace and peace to you, Pastor Tami Luckhardt, Executive Pastor of Messiah Church"
