"Hello. I am a long time friend of Cathy's and didn't realize that she or Vicki had passed. For Steve and Diana I am so very sorry for your loss. I loved your Mom . We shared a lot together and she was a truly good and close friend. Our phone calls had become far and few between . I will miss her but always remember her in my heart as a dear and good friend. "Catherine had a special place in my heart and will always. I loved her dearly. I remember the first time I heard her voice. She was talking to my dad (lLawerence Talbert) on the phone. I talked to her for a few moments and just knew that this was one lady I would love. She had a tender heart and a soft voice that was filled with optimism and understanding no matter what the conversation was about. She will be missed. "

"One of the sweetest aunts that a person could have, Catherine's smile and accommodating manner would always make me feel comfortable and welcome. We always found her to be constantly considerate of her family & friends. I always admired her fascination, appreciation and pride of the ongoing activities of her family members. She was the last surviving member of my family's contributions to America's greatest generation, whom we should all admire, respect and endeavor to emulate. Sent with hugs to my cousins Steve, Diana & Vicky from Lester (aka "Junior")"
