In loving memory of

Gerard Zellman
April 24, 1929 - May 3, 2021

Gerard (Jerry) Zellman passed away on May 3rd in Dallas, Texas at the age of 92. Jerry was born in Los Angeles on April 24th, 1929. He is a graduate of UCLA, a US Air Force and National Guard veteran, and a Shriner.

He married Joyce Moldaw in 1951, and they enjoyed almost 70 years together. Following a long and successful career in furniture and design and as the proprietor of a Designer Furniture showroom in L.A. (Jerry Zellman, Inc.), he and Joyce retired to Dallas to be with family members who had relocated there a few years earlier. Jerry was first and foremost a family man who doted on his sons, Dan and Cliff, daughters-in-law, Betsy and JoAnn, and four grandchildren, Julie (Taylor), Greg (Hallie), Alison (Andrew), and Anna.

He played the piano from an early age and never failed to entertain anyone who had the fortunate opportunity to listen. Jerry had a large circle of family and friends and he will be greatly missed. His enduring memory will be of a life well lived...every single day.
