Andrew Hilleman, 29 of State Center, IA passed away Thursday, May 13, 2021. Cremation rights were accorded and a Graveside service was held Tuesday, June 8, 2021 at Hillside Cemetery in State Center, IA. Arrangements were entrusted to Anderson Funeral Homes in Marshalltown. Andrew was born July 10, 1991 to Michael and Cynthia Hilleman in Ames, IA. He graduated from West Marshall High School in 2009. While in High School, Andrew participated in Cross County and was on the wrestling team, qualifying for state his junior year. Andrew was formerly employed with Home Boy Construction in Bondurant, IA. He loved sports especially baseball and football. Andrew was an avid Atlanta Braves and Michigan Wolverines fan.
Andrew will be missed by his two daughters; Maya and Isla Hilleman, mother and father, Mike and Cynthia Hilleman of State Center, a sister, Allison Hilleman of State Center, maternal grandparents, Ordean and Liz Johnson of Story City, IA, and paternal grandparents, John and Vivian Hilleman of State Center.
