"I love you Dad. You are my best friend, my best man, my father, my trusted confidant, an amazing role model, and the BEST Papa to ever walk this earth. I miss you. I miss you every second of every day. I don?t know how we will function without you. You left us way too early, and that is not something I will ever understand or forgive. I hope you are in peace, and not in pain. I hope you can still feel our love, and I know your spirit will live on through Layla. I hear you in the way she talks. The same witty sense of humor, the same smile, the same amazing brilliance. I hope you know how much I love you. I will continue to try to make you proud, and I can only hope to be even half the father and husband that you are. I miss you, and I love you with all my heart. Love, your little boy...your best friend...your son."

We well always miss you and love you. Love, Bill and Shirley Knecht"

"My sincere condolences to the family and friends of Don during this difficult time. I opened my law practice in 2005 and purchased all my furniture over the years from Don. He was always so friendly and helpful. He spoke of his grand daughter and the loving relationship they had. He will be missed by many. Kathleen Dittus"
