Jill Marie McConnell
March 26, 1960 - May 27, 2021

Jill M. McConnell, age 61, passed away at Fountain Head Homes in Deforest, Wisconsin on May 27, 2021. She was born in Madison, Wisconsin on Saturday, March 26, 1960 to the late Joseph and Joan Sarac.

She grew up on the east side of Madison and went to Madison East Senior High School. Following high school, Jill spent her time traveling, camping and playing sports. Jill loved playing softball with her co-ed team from Wiggy's, and bowling even sometimes with her brother and sister at Wauna-bowl and Boulevard Lanes. Jill also loved spending time with her family and friends laughing, joking, playing games, cooking, singing and partying. She enjoyed the outdoors, spending time at K&L campground in Wisconsin Dells, and driving around viewing the fall scenery.

Jill is survived by her siblings; Sue Reyes, Michael Sarac, Jeff Sarac, Sue Sarac and Cindy Sarac; children Holly and Amber McConnell; grandchild Catherine Gardner; nieces Katherine, Stephanie, Rebecca and Breanna; nephews Sean, Tim, Tony, and Nicholas. Jill is further survived by other relatives and many friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her twin brother John Sarac.

A visitation will be held at Informed Choice, 3325 East Washington Avenue, Madison from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m., with service at 2:00 p.m. Following the service there will a Celebration of Life gathering at Warner Park Recreation Center, 1625 Northport Dr from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
