MARY REXROTH MUSCATINE, Iowa -Mary L. Rexroth, 80, of Muscatine, died Sunday, February 18, 2007, at Unity Hospital. Funeral Service will be 3:30 p.m. Friday, February 23, 2007, at the Ralph J. Wittich-Riley-Freers Funeral Home. Reverend Leon Titus will officiate the service. Casketbearers will be John Lange, Robert Ostrander, Danny Haskins, and Bill Gasaway. Burial will be in Krell Cemetery. A luncheon will be held at the Hershey Manor dining room following the committal. Visitation will be from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Friday, February 23, 2007, at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Lupus Foundation of Iowa Chapter. Mary was born on March 28, 1926, in Ardon, the daughter of Joseph and Maude Brei Titus. She married Raymond Rexroth on July 21, 1946, in Illinois. She loved to crochet, do crossword puzzles, read, and play Scrabble. Survivors include one daughter, Linda Dickens of Muscatine; three grandchildren, Betty Marsh of Center Point, Kimberly Stuart of Muscatine, and Keith Dickens of Muscatine; five great-grandchildren; three great great-grandchildren; four brothers, Mike Titus of Bracketsville, Texas, Virgil Titus of Muscatine, Danny Titus of Muscatine, and Neil Titus of Muscatine; and four sisters, Alice Buckley of Moline, Illinois, Elsie Martin of Orlando, Florida, Lucille Galler of Fresno, California, and Eileen Haskins of Muscatine. Mary was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers, Bob, Joseph, Dave and Paul in infancy; and two sisters, Ruth Unkel and Leora Howard.
